Cut the rubber profile to length and insert the lower, thick section into the trim. Use a centre punch and a hammer to tap the inner sheet metal profile at each end to increase the clamping force and prevent the rubber profile from slipping out of the trim so quickly.bsWhen fitting the trims, ensure that they are firmly in place and that the rear trim is at a sufficient distance from the front trim. Then open and close the soft top once. If the rear trim comes loose, it could be pushed forward and bent when closing the door.
