The electric start valve ensures that the air in the manifold is enriched with finely atomised fuel. However, the electric start valve only injects when the starter is actuated and a thermal timer in the cooling water is closed at the same time.
A coil spring presses the armature with the seal against the valve seat and shuts off the fuel supply.
When the armature is tightened, the valve seat is released. In the nozzle, the fuel is set in rotation and leaves the nozzle atomised.
