The engine will be rebuilt. The old part must be delivered cleaned approx. 14 days in advance.
The engine block is ultrasonically cleaned, the crankshaft is measured and reworked.
The block is repainted, cylinders are bored to oversize, new pistons are mounted and the crankshaft is rebuilt.
The oil pump and the water pump as well as the pilot bearing of the crankshaft are renewed.
The cylinder head is reworked, valve guides and valves are renewed, valve seats are reground.
All parts are checked and replaced if necessary. If the block, head, crankshaft or camshafts are too badly damaged to allow reconditioning, additional costs will be incurred for appropriate replacement parts.
The engine is delivered with the timing belt fitted. We ask that you discuss more precise details with us in advance.
Attention: The installation in the vehicle should be carried out by competent personnel to avoid consequential damage!
